I used to have this problem too! I tried TVersity, that was just average. I then randomly tried changing the Xvid files extension from .avi to .mp4, and ouilah! It worked!! So, if you're having the "no videos found" issue, I say, give this a try! Switch the extension to .mp4! Good luck!!
