I was put onto James Dale Davidson's books, notably The Great Reckoning, a number of years ago - it's an old book, and the title "How to Survive the Depression of the 1990s" would put off anyone who failed to recognise the delaying effect of the Internet in the 1990s - the depression has been a long time coming.
