We are noticing an increase in activity lately for both buyers and sellers. As long as you keep your name out in front of the public from farming, blogging, letters, etc. potential buyers and sellers will remember you. This way they will know who to contact when they are ready.

It depends on the location of the property, and the rental market. Since the real estate market has slowed down there has been some increase on the rental side. With properties not selling more properties have been put on the rental program. This has caused the rental prices to go down just like the real estate prices. As for covering your monthly payments it is possible, especially with the prices of some of the condos in Ocean Keyes.

Hi Emily, this is a great unit with a new paint job and carpet, the appliances do convey, and this is a great area close to the airport, restaurant, shopping and of course the blue Atlantic Ocean. There are some one bedroom units available, but for the price of this you can't beat it.
