A writer can't like the fact that a more mature audience is into his show, and then suddenly mock them saying that the romance and the drama, which is BTW the thing that gets older audiences, is stupid. This episode was pointless, Dan really shouldn't have talked about the Seddie vs. Creddie on the show. It felt weird. And even more importantly, he shouldn't have made fun of the fans saying by we don't have lives. You're so right dude! I think only older people actually realize that. I watch iCarly not only because of the "pointless" comedy, I watch iCarly because it's a TV show, and when I watch a TV show I want to see drama, comedy, romance and with all that a story line. It was a movie, it should have had at least some of it. But as far as I know iCarly apparently has NO plot at all! They don't even air the episodes according to their production code! See this show might have started as some little kiddie show, but it's something much bigger now. You don't advertise on Jimmy Kimmel and George Lopez targeting on 8-12 yo kids right? If this show is being targeted now as a family show (G rated) it should behave like one, it should have character and plot development, it should have romance, drama..
