Religion is based on faith. It can't be scientificaly proved right or wrong. Adding also the fact that all priest claim that their religion is the only true one, it is easy to fanatize ignorant people. All countries want theri army to be fanatic, because they will be more willing to kill or to be killed. So, offcourse they will try to apply religion on the army ( disregarding the basic element that most religions forbid killing ).
Any person of power would like to have a bounch of fanatics ready to kill or die for his interests....

The world is so Full of Democracy, that it makes you wonder what dictatorship would look like !!! __If the police of a country is the reflection of its democracy, then we must seriously reevaluate what sort of democracy we realy have in the so called democratic western countries.

This "media attitude" unfortunately is universal,. But please note that they managed to inflict fear on us, after they succesfully extinguished our self esteem and dignity. Once the media deprived us from our dignity it was easy for them to inflict fear on us. Ujustified fear for anything, our family, our neighbours, our future. Sometimes, even the weather forcast becames a thriller! And most of the times, nothing really happens. So everythig gets forgotten, and we move on, untill the foretell the next disaster....
This manipulation will stop once we regain our dignity as human beings back.

I am not a financial expert, and I may be wrong, but from what I understand now all goverments are supproting banks so that they can loan more money. So the simple message that I am taking is that the more depts I have, the better the financial situation of the country will be. The prosperity of the nation, lie upon the big loans that it's citizens have ? But isn't this overloanig what brough the crisis in the first place ?
But on the other hand the more loans you have the less free you are :)

I think that I have never heard a more absurd declaration than the one of BBC ! !!! I would give BBC So, opoints for originality in propaganda !!! Would then the media be happy to make an appeal for Gaza if it also made an appeal for humanitarian aid towards Israel as well let the people decide which side to support ?
And I thought that only Greek media was feeding us with rubbish........

Jojo, first of all you can't compare France to Gaza. France has army, electricity, water.... It is always easier to attack unarmed people.
But let's also accept what Israel says : Hamas is terrorist, we bomb schools because Hamas is hiding there, the children killed is therefore Hamas fault. because they use them as human shields. Now, if a terrorist would hide in an Israeli school and used the children as human shields, would Israel bomb that school ? In which western country would the government bomb a school and kill the children in order to kill the terrorist ?
Anyway, the article, as I understand it , is about fanaticism and propaganda. And it indicated how important it is for common people to critisice the information it is receiving using their logic.
