Wind farms sure do make a lot of sence. Germany has the lagerst production capacity in wind energy and has yet to close a coal fired plant. Why you ask? In the last five years they have managed to produce at best 20% of their capacity. And they have to maintain 100% of that wind capacity in backup power because 20% of the time they had 0% production from the wind turbines. And what production they did have they had to have the same amount in conventional power idiling in case the wind quit altogether. Great energy produceres those wind turbines.
