Why the surprise, both nations are our enemy. One overtly, one covertly.
Does SEATO still exist? Haven't heard much about it lately. The U.S. needs to partner with regional governments affected to provide balance.
We are at war with China only they know it and we don't. The sooner that we view them as the adversary they are the better.
This will not end well. The missing man portable SAM's alone can destroy commercial avaition as we know it today. This administration appears to be oblivious to the unanticipated consequences of its actions.
What these three governments have in common is that they are all criminal enterprises.
If that would have happened to a U.S. politcian it would be amusing to see the hissy fit that they would throw. Refreshing to see royalty treated like real people.
I for one HOPE for real CHANGE in 2012.
I would be laughing if I thought this wasn't going to cost me money. It is high time that we exited this useless collection of nations. There is no semblance of sanity in the majority of their actions. They are a joke and unfortunetly they are using our tax dollars in pursuing this hoax. Time to say good bye to the UN and hello to a new organization comprised solely of democracies.
I can only hope that we gps chipped them and can follow them back to their nest for a predator strike.
All this jingoistic talk of bombing Iran scares me to death. It is not that I wish to see a atomic Iran, it is just that I believe that any attack will escalate quickly with unanticipated consequences. An article last week posed questions about an Iran air flight into Caracas with possible terrorists on board and with our porous southern border where do you think they are now? Iran has stated in the past that they would close the Straights of Hormuz. All they need to do is fire off one of those Chinese built Silkworm's anti ship missals and not a tanker will sail. As 40% of the worlds oil travels through that narrow straight we would have no choice but put boots on Iranian ground to re-open the straights. No good choices here.
