u can jailbreak it also you would have to use a "piggy back sim" to unlock it for now if u have the 3g iphone untill a new unlock?!

ok no problem you can always use a "piggy back" sim to unlock your iphone untill there is a new software unlock its not really that bad im using one now

i dont think you would be able to because on the 3g iphone the baseband would be updated to a newer version and i dont think the 3g is downgradable on the baseband thats why some of us are stuck on the new 2.2.1 baseband 2.30.03 =(

they dont even have an unlock for baseband 2.30.03 2.2.1 that we know of why would they give you an unlock for os 3.0 when its not even released goshh!!
