Up until now. See, up until now, the wrong people have been in charge of socialism.
But now, Obama's here. Now, the right people are in charge. So you don't even gave have to worry about saving your soul now!

How cool is that? (acrid sarcasm)

All that belong said, nothing should stop of us, Catholics or not from taking a stand, to defend religious freedom right now!

Ah but that would be hypocrisy!

It may indeed, but when has hypocrisy ever stopped the left?

Bishops can make deals with the devil, too, I suppose.

There is a saying, among Catholics, (don't k now if its attributable to a Saint or not) that every priest that goes to Hell takes 7 souls with him. On that basis alone you might say that at least 1/8 of the population of Hell are priests.

That'd be nice! Mandate as in no quarter, however, is just not in the GOP establishment's timid mindset.

If Obama wins, however, it just may be the impetus to finally bury the old "go along to get along" GOP once and for all.

It may or may not be my problem knowing who he is. If it's its because I don't really give a damn what all the blabbering pundits want me to hear, who don't know any more than my cat does, shame on me. If its his (Romney's) insistence with throwing mud at Gingrich and now Santorum, instead of telling me how, when, where and why he intends to rid us of Obama, whose fault is it?

If you are a party regular forgive me for not fawning on your every word however, experience with the established Republican party has gotten us too many toothless, kid gloved candidates and disasters as four pathetically weak also-rans against Barbra Boxer, Meg Whitman and John McCain.

I might be a crusty bastard, but I'm not a stupid crusty bastard!

If I were a Ron Paul type, I should probably thank you for the chocolate covered BS.

However, you can talk plainly to me. I campaigned for JFK and Reagan.
I know what organization, money, and local level workers mean. So let's cut the "activists" crap.

My problem with Romney is, I'm still not sure who the hell he is.
Like the guy says above, "Id prefer a non Romney, but Ill walk over coals for a non Obama".

For a bunch that's supposed to be so active and bright, and lively and all that Pelosian crap, you'd think, after what nearly 50 years, they'd come up with something a teeny bit more original than

Hey hey! Ho ho! Ya-da, Ya-da, Ya-da, has got to go!

Jeez we were chanting that in 1963 to protest the no seconds on sliders and french fries rule at the student center Cafeteria!
