I like the fact that you can have more than one twitter accounts going at once. TweetDeck seems to have a slicker group creation method to it. Seesmic seems to load faster and with fewer long pauses.

I have that book, I need to get it back out and read it. One challenge is to have a spotter watching how you do the exercises. I have no muscle memory as to how a proper exercise is supposed to feel, so I worry a bit about going nuts.
