Yes you can register in Nepal. Registrations at Barahi Hotel (centre of Pokhara lakeside) 2pm on the 31st.
The 50km route is quite rough with a lot of up and down, But you can take your time doing it. Some people might even walk around the whole course, though briskly!

No prize money for non-Nepali runners this year - sorry. Please register via the registration form!

As an American I'd like to disagree with that statement, it sums up rather well my experience back home.
