and this ....The matriarch of an Indian family will have a family recipe for chai (probably handed down from generation to generation) and will typically contain a combination that includes pepper, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, vanilla and ginger. Zubair and Tahar have probably grown up on a more cardamom based blend!

Hi Alex

so I rushed out to buy the Mighty Leaf Earl Grey teabags but as they where out of stock came home with the ML Bombay Chai teabags (Black tea leaves with subtle hints of pepper, orange, cinnamon, cardamon, and clove) which are now almost finished.

can you blend us something similar but superior - as my wine merchant Zubair and Tahar Mohammed of http://www.raeburnfinewines.com/ got very excited when I gave some of the Chai to them and started telling me how a crushed cardamon pod in the pot really improves even a standard massmarket tea
