Nagpur, October 23, 2010: The Central Railways (CR) will run a special train between Mumbai and Nagpur to clear extra rush of passengers during Diwali next month. The train (No. 0109) will depart from Mumbai CST at 8.35 pm on November 4 and arrive at Nagpur at 11.05 am the next day, a release from CR’s Nagpur Division said here today.

As per the domicicle requirement document at : http://seeuptu.nic.in/domicile.aspx
"Candidates, who have passed the qualifying examination from an institution located outside U.P.; and whose parents are domicile of U.P.; and who have not claimed for any reserved category, are also eligible for admission to courses offered at all institutions under General (OPEN) category. Such candidate has to produce the domicile certificate of his/her parents (Father OR Mother only) at the time of counselling (Certificate no. 3). [Code:UPGD]"
Please go through the domicile requirement carefully and if possible , I would suggest that you visit the counselling center a day before to get the confusion clarified from the UPTU personnels themselves.
