Why are we doing this with other countries? is our military no longer sovereign? Are we now a global force who answers to the UN and NATO? I have no problem with our military practicing any military maneuvers on their own but why do we now have other nations involved??

I am just as concerned about the new Diebold voting machines. They can be easily hacked. I think we should go back to paper ballots with purple inked fingers. NO more absentee ballots, except for the military and voting on one day only and make it a National holiday with voting from 6 am to 8 pm. Anyone who votes must show picture id with signature verification. All votes are counted in the open by a panel and double checked before called in to a central location. That location needs to have more than one verifying the called in votes.

Ron Paul is getting the same treatment that Palin got... not his family, however. But the smears are coming out from both sides of the aisle.

I agree with you wholeheartedly as I am another Palin fan who is leaning towards Paul.

i live in NY... we tried to elect someone else.. Carl Paladino, who was a good person, but who ended up ruining his own candidacy. He was not a politician and he was labelled as crazy. He had an up hill battle to begin with. NY has been taken over by the Democrats and it has gotten worse upstate where I live where we used to have more Conservatives. I think most of them moved out already and left the state.

Some of us are stuck here and cannot sell our homes to leave the state and the rest of them are either public sector workers, union workers, immigrants (many Muslim), Senior citizens with no where else to go and the rest are on the dole.

And I was a Palin supporter until she decided NOT to run.

Ron Paul is the ONLY one who can pull out a win against BO. He will attract Independents and even some Dems in 2012.

Believe me ... I didn't either until just recently. HE is the only one who will actually save the economy. And don't let people talk you out of it. I am having lots of conservative friends giving me backlash about my decision..

Newt is NOT a true Conservative. He has NO PRINCIPLES! He can be bought off by lobbyists. I don't trust him to do the right thing for America. He is trying to be as Conservative as possible right now so that he can win. As a tea party member who stumped for Doug Hoffman in the NY State Special 23rd Congressional election, I am well aware that Newt was called and told by many tea party peeps in the state to rescind his endorsement of Dede Scozzafava. He was warned in spite of her support for Card Check and she was also supported by ACORN and the Working Families Party in NY (the far left party in NY State). 3 days before the election she dropped out and threw her support behind the Democrat who won. Newt will lie to America to win this election just as Obama did to get elected. Do not trust him!
