It is the citizen's right under the "Checks and Balance" system of the United States Constitution to call for this vote when the citizen's disagree with what the government has done, it is just that it has never been done, so the people do not know that it is legal to call for this vote and the government don't want the people to know it either. If I could get people of this nation to stand up with me, we could force the government to have this vote and end these issue. We can decide what abortions will be allowed in this nation (if any), we can overturn the US Supreme court's decision on Eminent domain, things like that. If you read this and are interested my email account is storm_1960@hotmail.com, write to me and let me know, but you must be a registered vote of this nation. I use "Storm" in my username, because I served in Desert Storm and fought for the belief that the citizen's themselves are the only ones that can decided their right to life, their liberities, and their own pursuit of their happiness. Thank you for reading this.
But, the court dismissed the case because there was no time limit on the laws decided and was court ordered not to bring this back to the courts. But that is one court order I would be willing to go to jail for to end the issues and to get the people back together and move on. The problem I had is that I was only one vote and those who knew I was doing it backed me, but would not come forward and say that they want their right to vote on these issues and to end them at the national level.
I had to divide this message into three seperate messages, I am sorry for that.
I tried to stop some issues in this nation as a registered voter in this nation. Issues such as abortion, eminent domain, and others by in 2007 filing a federal complaint to have this government to have what is called "A Special National Vote" on these issues to have "ALL" registered votes of this nation to decide for this nation what the laws will be in this nation and then sending the issues back to the state level to either go with the law or to vote as to what their own laws would be within their state boundries.
