Crossroads Infoshop Staff Blog : Kansas City FreeSkool

YES, this project has a lot of pros, such as supporting the ideals of mutual-aid, meaningful relationships with people and the environment, and taking responsibility for ones actions! everyone has something to teach and learn, and we can learn from each other instead of going through an institution that has a tendency to control and stamp the life out of everything. out of curiosity, what were the anti-messages that you got when reading the blogpost? I'd like to learn more about what you are thinking. thanks for the support.

Sure thing! I could not tell what library the photo was from when I came across it! I have an RSS feed for flickr set up for "teens and Library". When I login to my reader, i see new photos every day of teen library services.

http://www.votenader.org/ : Hold Your Heads Up High -- Ralph Nader for President in 2008

Kansas City, MO & Overland Park, KS schools held mock elections, and I am pleased that many of the students voted for Ralph Nader. Out of all the schools, Ralph Nader pulled in 1,888 votes, 2.3% of the total count. It's good that the school districts listed third parties in their demonstrations and teens are thinking about Ralph Nader and third parties at such a young age. <a href="http://www.kansascityymca.org/associatio... " target="_blank">http://www.kansascityymca.org/associationNews.cfm...

Thank you Ralph Nader for being such an inspiration. When i heard your speeches this election, i found something i could relate to and believe and now I am ready to fight for a better life. It's because of you that I'm getting involved in politics and taking direct action, and getting involved in my local community. thank you, you rock, and are a inspiration and beacon of hope to many. also, i think you saved my marriage, as voting for nader was one of the few things my husband and I have politically agreed on in a long time. now we are fighting on the same team!
