Brooks, instead of a stupid platypus trophy why don't we take a cue from local high school athletics and play for a trophy shaped like the State of Oregon. Since the game is played for "the right to live in the state" wouldn't it be appropriate and more classy than a wooden duck/beaver? Or maybe mount the state trophy on a big round stanley cup style trophy and back date all the previous results?
