Programs and assistance for inner city kids to live or go to school in the suburbs in the Chicagoland area isn't all good. Instead of taking advantage of safe schools and neighborhoods they see easy pickens since most people are not accustomed to or prepared for "thug life" behavior. Just a real shame. So many neighborhoods have changed so drastically for the worse simply because of sec. 8 housing alone. Not to mention the people working two jobs to pay for private school while some get a free ride.
