We have happening in the U.S. what is going on in Mexico right now. South central L.A. is probably the most dangerous place in America right now. At one time during the Iraq War the Army was sending Doctors and Medic's to SS L.A. to Hospitals there to get experience in bullet and knife wounds before going to Iraq.
