VC Adventure : $5k to pitch your business? Who falls for this??

Thanks for the hat tip for Startup Riot, Andrew! Startup Riot is getting bigger and better for 2010. If entrepreneurs and investors keep supporting events like Startup Riot, we can eventually squeeze the life blood out of these horrendous pay to pitch events.

Colorado Startups : Entrepreneurs Foundation Generates $100K for community from first five exits

That is awesome - congratulations! I&#039;m a huge fan of the Entrepreneurs Foundation. My previous company (Digital Envoy) was the first liquidity event for the Entrepreneurs Foundation of the Southeast (<a href="http://www.the-efse.org)." target="_blank">www.the-efse.org).</a> Most entrepreneurs have a foundation nearby and if so they should absolutely look to work with them. Again - congratulations, $100k back to the community is a great milestone to hit!
