The killer actually looks completely insane, not a bit messed up or evil but totally and absolutely deranged. I hope that Heather's family can someday, somehow begin to heal from this terrible tragic event though they'll never be the same again. I hope this horrid murderer is brought to justice and I hope that her acts of destruction haunt her until the end of her days.
