The HGTV Urban Oasis Home (including home furnishings, artwork, and merchandise) is valued at approximately $785,000.00 as of July 11, 2011. I don't think they are giving away a car this year, but the winner has the option of taking $675,000.00 cash in lieu of the apartment.

The construction photo #64 shows a window at the front entrance to the house, and possibly a window/door on the side. The garage door I believe is on the side near the living room

Thanks for the construction photos Mary, I really like the high ceilings, and window treatment for the garage...I'm excited about this house...when it's finished, we're going to visit it, and Santa Fe Yippee!!
