assets are things of value that can be readily converted into cash. Stocks with dividends, Rental properties, etc are true assets. The concept of a house you live in being a liability instead of an asset comes from the idea that you don't get any money for a house until you sell. However, when you sell your house, you still need a place to live so the money needs to be spent again immediately (unless you don't need a place to live). When you see it like this, the house you live although technically considered an asset, doesn't behave like one. Thats what these peeps are talking about.

Andrew, can you do a post on how you do your marketing for your websites. That's one thing I found interesting about this because you seem to be able to get traction for almost every site you launch fairly quickly. Whats the no brainer steps you always do for marketing when you launch a website? Thanks.
