Well, with their new blog update, they have made the impatient waiting reset back to waiting patiently. So yeah, it sucks the sites not back up. Hopefully in the morning!

For as long as the site has been down: If you work for Brightkite... It's your fault! Just get it back up. 2.0 or not. please!

Thats disappointing... I was hoping the site would be back up before something like this happened. I would be happy with either option. I just want to know what really happened... let us know before there is an uproar!

key thing for me-Communication!

I agree. This has been a very frustrating couple of days with no real communication to the users about whats going on. Having a status page would be a great thing! Then there wouldn't be as many complaints.

I don't plan on leaving Brightkite... the lack of communication just saddens me.

i just want brightkite back now... i miss it!!!
