Here in America we encouraged healthy educated women to have few babies there own career and an active social life.
While at the same time we paid uneducated minorities to breed paying for their babies, their food, and neccesities.
The results can be seen in Philly, Newark, Camden, Chicago, and Comton all around the country.

Yeah I live in Florida and my NY Buddy is a Union carpenter thug makes a fortune when he works and sits on unemployment when he is not working speneds most days hunting and fishing they dont even expect him to look for work which is sor of the point of unemployment.
