You know my family and friends all voted for Obama and they have all turned their back on me. I am so worried because as much as we need each other now to band together, I have only you who think and feel the same as me. The main stream news media continues to extol how wonderful Obama is and how 67% of those polled believe he is on track - these other Americans are really watching or something, because they either don't see, won't admit it or whatever. They think I'm wrong. One of my friends won't even talk to me. My own mother won't talk to me about politics and called me wrong. How is this happening?

I worry everyday what is happening to our country - can't we find a way to band together and defeat the enemy within? Isn't that act of giving away US secrets, even in the light of calling it declassifying them, an act of treason? Don't we have any tools to fight this traitor? Whose side is our army, navy and such on - the people or the president? I have no idea what we are supposed to do to defend our freedoms to our own president who was suppose to uphold the constitution and in public ways tries to undermine half of the Americans to support his actions, while at the same time having all of us fight each other. There is something sadly wrong about what is happening. I think we need to march on Washington soon, because if we wait another 100 days we might not have a country to fight for...

I have a definite problem with the youth program - he is calling it volunteer program, which isn't volunteer at all! A lot of our youth in my community all ready pride themselves in the service programs in which they participate. Why do we have force people to volunteer? and volunteer for our government - something is fundamentally flawed with this concept even if it isn't Hitler's starting point! Why don't we require our government officials to have 5-10 year of work experience before they can serve the people. Career service is definitely not service - it's created the political elite who cut deals to abuse our tax dollars and make us pay for their mistakes. That's definitely not in our interest! Kick-em out, set term limits and require all future representative to have worked in the private sector 5 years full-time! At least they'll then have an idea what it feels like to be taxed to death and pay all the way without handouts and campaign funds! They can't have had any help of any sort during those 5 years. Then the will be eligible to represent us ordinary, good, hard-working, tax paying, regular citizens!

As the Obama administration and Congress work to erode our rights, including right to free speech - he's working toward controlling the internet, the right to bear arms -- in at least one state they have prohibited people from carrying arms into national parks -- all of this is just steps toward making impossible for the people to protest, be aware and be armed to fight against our government, as our founding fathers preserved in our Constitution. Obama's drive to create a civilian army, much like Hitler's made up of our youth who would serve their country as a requirement and brain wash them to be his supporters and defenders will erode us from communicating our values. The whole spread the wealth is to reduce all of us to need the government and be controlled by the government. Making it impossible for us to object or have opposing views is completely in line with having a one party system and dictatorship.

Not allowing debate int he Congress over the bills is also a form of dictatorship.

Thanks for denying the stimulus money. More governors should do the same and that would spend less money that the government doesn't have. We don't care about stupid attach adds. Some of us think it reflects more poorly on the add producer than the victim. Too bad, that McCain's adds about William Ayers were taken that way instead of prompting American's to find the truth.

I agree with all your feelings. It's so sad when you can't get behind your own president whether you voted for him or not. I have come to this conclusion aside from the political differences and his facist dictatorship ways, I consider him completely lacking in EQ. Emotional intelligence. He blames others for the job he took on. He knew what he had in front of him. He willingly campaigned to take this job on and now because its hard he wants to sluff off the blame. Someone with emotional intelligence, accepts their challenges like a man, owns up to them and makes the best of a bad situation. He instills no confidence in us, the people because he doesn't own it and doesn't have a real vision of plan to fix it. His plan and vision is to wallow in the glory and adoration of screaming fans. When the adoration diminishes, he goes on Leno to bolster himself up again. He truly likes playing the lead, but not leading! If his leadership is designed to bring down the free world, that he is doing and relatively quickly. This part just makes us more sad to see our great country moving toward bankruptsy while he talks a good game of fiscal responsibility. Who's responsibility? Ours, so we can tighten our belts and be prepared to pay more taxes, all the while why he galavants across the country in Air Force One and eats $100 stakes and spends trillions of hard earned dollars. What's intelligent about this? This guy might have a Harvard degree, but he has not social awareness of the devastation he is creating in his wake. I guess the good thing, is that he is transparent - you can see through his sweeping plans and callous attitudes about American citizens (AIG execs that legally earned their bonuses, Sarah Palin's and anyone that opposes him) that he bites them. That's not only immature, it's going to be his undoing - because look at all of us who are wise to him and are finding our legs, our voices and our will to stand up for ourselves!

I think the bonus thing is just something we can all grab on to. I think the real issues, is they should never have been bailed out to begin with. If they were too big to fail, then the government failed there too! Because, they were supposed to prevent monopolies from occurring the encourage free market competition so companies didn't get too big! So when we say our government has failed on every front - that's hard for us to swallow, because it means we are truly unsure of our future. We can grab on to bonuses for people who don't deserve them. This is a manageable problem. Trillions in debt, less so. A failed government, even less so. So, how do we recover from here? How do we know who to elect in 2010? How do we bring the right voices to bear to make our current crazy out of control lunatics stop in their tracks? It feels more like a run away train, out of control and out of touch without an interest in the pulse of America. I heard that 98% of Americans were actually against the stimulus package. It still passed. Its almost feels that we have no voice and our government is on their own trajectory.

They've been bought off by the very banks they claim are unfairly receiving bonuses. HOw about they pay their fair share back to the tax payers. How about giving back their campaign contributions from AIG!

Just like Obama says, he inherited this. No ownership of their own situation and their own actions to improve things. Just tear down others to make themselves feel better.

Oh and by the way, I mean to protest peacefully, but stand firm for my principles
