Well, Fl Voter, that is one possible outlook. Of course, I don't agree. I believe that the longer this fight continues, and these gentlemen are forced to deal with each other and the issues of the day that come along, they bring a positive picture of American possibilities for the future to the minds of observers. Unlike the doom and gloom downsizing America from the left, our candidates, in their own way, look forward to a prosperous, successful America. As long as they are in this fight, and into the convention, the White House would have no one to ostracize and "Alinsky", ie: target, isolate and destroy. Into the brokered convention, should any of these men currently running win on the second ballot, no one could claim they hadn't been heard, and the party would emerge much stronger and united. Should another "sleeper" candidate emerge, I believe that the debate required to reach that consensus would also strengthen the party, and the candidate emerging would be fronting a strong, united conservative movement. Hi, Dan. What about Ron Paul? It should be obvious by now that, like Romney, he has reached the peak of his base support. The only (electoral, not philosophicall), difference between them is that Romney, like Gingrich and Santorum, can keep fighting between now and the convention, gaining support they currently lack, and possibly convince the delegates on a second ballot. Hey, I just thought of a really annoying question, and I will share it with you all: a) because misery loves company, b) maybe someone can answer. It seems to me that, like our Constitutional rights are given to us by God, a person's "Natural Born" status, based on parental citizenship, cannot be stripped. What if someone is born to American citizen parents, making them "Natural Born" citizens, renounces their "citizenship?" Could that person, as a citizen of another country, run for President? After all, they would still be a "Natural Born citizen" at time of birth. A "citizen" and a "Natural born citizen" are obviously two different things. One can be disavowed, but can the other? A sleazy lawyer could have a field day with this. I can disavow my right to free speech, and my right to own a gun, but I still have those rights. You are absolutely correct in what SHOULD happen in Georgia. We all hope for justice. Unfortunately, because of the corruption surrounding everything politicians touch, including judges, I fear someone will pull something out of their hat and make this case go away, too. After all he has spent, and the cover he has received to date, I think the odds are against us, but I live in hope. I could be wrong, but we all know how infrequently that happens, right? (I can almost hear you laughing from here!) Who runs the superior courts in Ga? Is there any reason to think they will stand up against the President? Can he force the issue into an expedited Supreme Court case, where he is already being protected? Sorry Mike, but you are somewhat incorrect. You said, "The issue is quite simple. To be President of the USA or to run for the Presidency of the USA, Obama must be a "natural born citizen" according to the Constitution of the USA. The term "natural born citizen" has been defined previously and it requires two conditions: 1) Obama must be born in the USA." That is simply not true. As long as both parents were American citizens AT THE TIME OF A CHILD'S BIRTH, that child is a "Natural Born Citizen." Where they were born is inconsequential. Of course, due to America not existing at the time, Washington and many other of our first Presidents could not have met this bar. All registered voting citizens should have an eye scan. No need any longer for carrying any proof of all. It is hard to fake a citizens eye. Scanning equipment is not that expensive. Shut down all the corrupt early voting, go back to one day, but make it 24 hours of voting, you either show up or you don't, and you can vote anywhere in the country, or at any foreign embassy. I would doubt if Drudge considers himself a reporter. I think he is great at what he does! If you break it down to a newspaper-type setup, other reporters and journalists collect the news, even publish it under their name. Drudge just picks the ones to highlight, exactly like an editor. Just a question of semantics, I guess.

I must point out that the 7% union coverage is enough to shut down completely our transportation sector, The Machinist union that shut down Eastern Airlines and many other businesses, and other, similar unions, control ALL our transportation, and our ports are completely union controlled. The only reason the private sector union figure is so small is that the government has gone into competition with business, and hires it's own union members in the public sector.
