"Old Gay Man" is hardly comparable to "Total Bitch" on the insult/hostility level. As someone who's read EW for many years, it's obvious that they have become increasingly partisan and biased in their articles, commentaries and reviews. Liberals hate Conservative women more than any other political demographic, it seems.

IMO, society draws the line somewhere with marriage or don't draw a line at all. I prefer to have the line drawn at one man and one woman. But if it's opened up to deviant behavior, then anything and everything should be legal. 3 men, 3 woman, 2 men and one woman, etc...why shouldn't that be allowed? The most annoying thing about gays is that they act like they are the only people that matter. Gay bullying is worse than other bullying, which is just not true. I work in a school (as an Athletic Director) and bullying goes on for many reasons (weight, not good looking, etc) and the treatment of gays is no better or no worse than any other group. As I've stated before, they want applause for their behavior, not acceptance/tolerance.

Eastwood may try to backpeddle now, but you would not have a litany of liberals immediately tweeting their approval if this wasn't a partisan ad. I was at a Super Bowl party of 10 people and when the ad first came on, we were all interested because it was Clint. When it ended, there was silence until someone said, "that was an Obama re-election ad." It's not even that subtle. Halftime in America...half of what will likely be Obama's two terms is over...c'mon people! And Clint Eastwood is pro abortion and pro homosexual agenda/rights, he is nowhere near a Conservative. He's a "California Conservative, which is a VERY different thing. Libertarians are much closer to the Dems than the GOP.

Anyone who doesn't think this is, in effect, Obama's "Morning in America" ad wasn't watching people like David Axelrod, Jennifer Granholm, Michael Moore and Ed Schulz just spasming with excitement on Twitter immediately following the spot. This was an overt, partisan, pro-Obama and pro-bailout ad.

Other than some borderline pornographic "sexposition" scenes, Game of Thrones is excellent. Hopefully, this season will tone down the sex scenes.

Battleship could have been fun if it didn't have the Godawful Rihanna and her wisecracks.

Who cares about the lipsynched halftime show? The biggest news was Clint Eastwood's Obama 2012 commercial. If even a guy like Eastwood is in the tank for Obama, the guy is a dead sold lock for re-election. There are countless Dem politicians (like Granholm) and pundits (like Ed Schultz) on twitter just wetting themselves with excitement over it. This is going to be a VERY distressing year, imo.
