can u say the previous firmware is more stable than 3.0`? if it's so then why don't u rollback to previous firmware, since the baseband is already "unlockable" with ultrasn0w

is the 3.1 still on beta or is it the only firmware on itunes? i just bought a locked iphone on ebay and it's not arriving until the next couple of days. Can i still get the 3.0 with the old baseband (4.xx) from itunes by that time?
