Funny, I had just hit the comment button to say that it's too bad the CIA can't just "take care of" these two crackpots when I saw your comment. Unfortunately these "leaders" were democratically elected. So it's really only possible to exert foreign policy pressure and sanctions and wait for an opportunity for military intervention that the civilized world will accept. And in that case I do hope that both of these guys are terminated immediately with extreme prejudice and not just chased down some rat-hole. I feel sorry for both the Iranian and the Venezuelan people for having to suffer under these so-called revolutionary "leaders".

It would be quite all right with me if both he and his wife lost the media spotlight and simply disappeared back into obscurity. It would be like a dull, but lengthy and irritating, toothache finally going away. I'm sure many others feel the same way as I do, maybe even some of their own "inner circle" of Scientologists?
