This exact truck was discussed on the GRM forum a few weeks ago. The guy driving it was using it to pick up some car parts.

Land Cruiser. Buddy of mine DD'd one for a few years. Had to add oil all the time but it was still pretty awesome. I recently saw a lexus version all lifted on big tires which was pretty cool.

I prefer my MPV, and bought it for pretty much all the reasons in the first paragraph, being able to get out and about despite shitty roads.

a well stated case indeed, i get it, its a survivor.

I guess I would have preferred something like this to be nominated as far as woody longroofs go....

I have 52k trouble free miles on my Accent and I do like it a lot. Even with all the options, its still very basic though. The seats arent very comfortable (yaris seats, and fit seats, for example are way more comfy.) I would argue the build quality (not materials) is better than my wife's 2012 focus though, less squeaks and noises on mine, more consistent panel and trim gaps...its a well put together car.

2006-2011 Hyundai Accent Hatchback is very reminiscent of the 1996-2000 Honda Civic hatchback.

Thats probably why it looks pretty nice.

yesterday, lowriders were wicked cool.

today, being slammed is one of the lamest car trends.

so how does being slammed not also qualify as being a lowrider?

every car looks better lowered imo. it gets stupid when you have tires sticking up through a cutout in the body. im looking at you, minitrucks.
