If you want a quota system for the Supreme Court, you're going to have to enlarge it several times over. You'd have to make room for Gays, Lesbians, Transgenders, Muslims, Hindus, American Indians, Eskimos, and on and on. Every "victim group" would need equal representation or they wouldn't be satisfied. Rather impractical, don't you think?
