I have worked a gruelling job from CNY eve to CNY 15th. Mostly what I do during this period is sleep after work, lol. I’ll tell you more in an email once I recuperate from the fatigue ;p

Very sumptuous seafood, I love hot pot. The abalones remind me that CNY is less than a month away. I also like the Japanese ‘tang oh’.

So sorry for not visiting you. Time flew past and I didn’t realise it was that long. You are in my thoughts all this time. 家里有事, my heart was feeling burdened and I couldn’t do well in communication. Cooking & eating (aka DOING) helped to lift my moods greatly but now I have the problem of weight gain >_<

Wow the bruschetta looks atas. Chicken skin is my favorite. For the last month, I been buying chicken skin snack from a vandal shop and I gained a lot of weight (It was my 下酒菜 at night).

We are both good friends of rotisserie chicken (price & convenience). But I suspect the rotisserie chicken I got from supermarkets here (Cold Storage/NTUC) pales in standard to those in the US supermarkets. I saw on YT that some delis even sell concentrated chicken stock!

Is that something like impossible “meat”? Tried before but it’s pricier and made in the lab. So I try to designate a meatless meal occasionally rather than to rely on faux meat. I do love my meat too much at the end of the day (sinful) :P

The ingredients are all healthy and good for the waistline. This morning I weighed myself and got a terrible shock. If only I have been eating well like you, I wouldn’t need to go on a diet for the next two weeks >_<

The Chimichurri sauce is something I have not tried before. There’s many types of food especially western which I am not knowledgeable about. I love the convenience of using the packaged sauce as an instant flavour boost to the tofu.
