I understand. I find three times a week difficult some weeks. I used to beat myself up about it. Now if I don\'t feel like it, I don\'t worry about it. If I feel burnt out, I just don\'t post.

I absolutely agree. Online has made marketing more affordable, but everyone one is not online and we need not forget about offline marketing that can bring our business success. Find people are of like mind and go where they are.

I agree that it is so very easy to forget about current customers when on the hunt for new customers and trying to entice them to become customers. I truly makes good business sense to understand the value of our current customers and how they can actually help us grow our businesses by giving us more business and referring business to us.
Thanks for your comment,

I agree that an email is better than nothing at all. People are no longer using snail mail and it is becoming a lost art to send a handwritten note. A handwritten note is so much more personal and shows that you put some effort and care in letting a person know that you appreciate them.

Thanks for you comment and observing can really give you a lot of information about potential customers. I have a neighbor who always says, Pay attention and get an A, she applies to all areas of life, not just school. This is a chance for business owners to pay attention and get an A. If you pay attention long enough you will see a common pattern and learn with is literal and what needs to be interpreted, just like when paying attention to people in person, you learn to read the signs.

It is easy to get busy and forget about our current customers, especially when on the hunt for new one. It is true that it costs less to keep customers then to find new ones in time and money. Plus current customers can give more business to you and refer others to your business who are likely to do business with you because they trust the person who referred them. Don\'t let someone get your customers because they think you don\'t care. It is easy to show the love, as easy as sending a card saying I appreciate you and not a email but a actual card.
