If you are Google you have to do something to slow down the FB rocket. I feel they need to laser focus on the problem and get the entire company behind a broad "social matrix" - Android, Chrome OS, AdWords, etc...

You raised several excellent points.

1. declining ARPU's, this has to be a major concern for the carriers. I think in the past they have swept this under the rug as they talk about top line growth.

2 MNP - not as big an issue, when the US switched to MNP everyone was concerned this would affect the carriers. In the end everyone realized all carriers suck at some point.

3. A good idea and will most likely hurt revenue

4. 3G is a joke. The great indian telecom story has turned into the great india telecom joke. While everyone is talking 3G in India, the rest of the world is looking to 4G.
