What a dilemma for Roger Ebert. Torn between his familiarity with cancer
and his seemingly outright contempt for Christians and conservatism, he must, I assume,
review a feel good film that may attract crowds of both Christians and conservatives as well
as someone that deals with cancer in a positive way. Should this be a very positive film in
all respects I can see the thumbs down now. I hope Roger gets well both physically and
mentally.

Also was one of my favorites. Life was easier when I was young and didn't care.
Now I look at it as so important I can't support those that are politically outspoken in their
professional lives.

Please go forward with continued optimism.
This reaction by liberal musicians is consistent.
When Clinton used the Fleetwood Mac song during
his campaign it revived their career. When a conservative
uses a song from some liberal songwriter or performer in
the same manner they demand it be discontinued. The
heck with any career potential. Thats just the way it will
probably always be.

Sorry if I offended your sensibilities with my poorly edited comment. Sometimes I am in a rush or not as attentive to the results of a posting that does not always appear as I wrote it, for that I appologize.
If I may suggest, in the future, should a less than perfectly written, concise and clear comment appear from me that you just skip it and don't bother to respond.I do appreciate your concern however.

While I agree with you in principle I have my doubts ifone should use specifics too freely.
Lets say just for this discussion and it may or may not be my opinion ( political correctness again orsomeone will be offended either way)
What if I challenged Gay rights in general at every opportunity. The Gays on this site would probably complain of my efforts and call it abuse
and without name calling or being disrespectful I would probably be chastised by site monitor. If not here other places for certainty.
If my viewagainst equal rights in any form was too effusive, again, without name calling or being disrespectful I am pretty sure I would be warned
about my enthusiasm for the subject by the site monitor. I don't know this for a fact as it hasn't happened to me. But, just look aroundat the MSM
and political correctness in the educational system its not a minor problem. Ask Ann Coulter.

Gay rights, Subsidies in many forms
Conservatives, Feminism
Conservatism in Education, Revisionism in all its forms
Parental rights, Illegal Imigration
Affirmative action.
Being specific as well as a serious discussion of the above with the
intent to influence a change is the offense.

Political correctness won't even allow a list of items that
were wrong and now considered right. No offense to this site but
my list would get pulled from here tho it could be quite
agreed with by all. May your grandchildren live in times
my grand parents enjoyed.
