The cops we not even the ones who put the man out the guy in the blue shirt and the man with the actual fire extinguisher were the lady cop just stood on the side of the road calling for help on her radio...all the cop did at first was tell him to stop drop and roll, the man in the blue shirt was the first to actually run up to him and try to put him out and he did it with his out coat...

Thats my husband in the second picture, hes the one in the blue shirt, He was the first one to get to the man. My husband took off his coat and put the man out with it.. It was a horrible experience,
