Thanks Deepak for bringing this to my notice. Ysleesdp is not my blog and I am surprised to see that somebody has actually copied the entire article without even bothering to acknowledge Telecom Circle.

It might be low for business houses but it is high for normal consumers. I was talking more from individual's perspective here.
