I think churches should have quantifiable ways to evaluate effectiveness, unfortunately most people use attendance, but it tells very little and other information is needed to help the attendance stats actually make sense and be helpful.

I think I've always felt the pressure to have something produced out of them. And have been in ones led by others where that's a pressure as well
