LOL. The only ones frothing here are you and your troll friends. This is simply comic relief and you're the icing on the cake. I would have thought you would understand that by now.
You're right - so much for freedom of speech. Sad. The Occupy rats can burn a flag and it barely gets mentioned but an extended middle finger is offensive when it comes from the right. Have we really become that thin-skinned, or just incredibly hypocritical.
Way was the comment you replied to deleted?
Right you are. A movie called 'The Cartell' (can be streamed from Netflix) is precisely about that.
I'm guessing it's just to distract us from what the other hand is doing.
And Maddow is proof that you should not equate education with intelligence.
Don't kid yourself - he can do both.
I don't know about anyone else, but if I saved up my money, had time off work and took my family on vacation to Disney, I would be really ticked off if during that time a president (in this case the fact that it's Obama would add insult to injury) decided to campaign there and effectively shut down the park because of his presence and the security detail.
I don't want to make bad news even worse, but did you know that 23% of all fatal car crashes are caused by drunk drivers. You know what that means? That the other 77% of fatal car accidents are caused by people who don't drink alcohol. So you're more than 3 times more likely to cause a fatal crash if you're sober.
Studies like these (besides being a colossal waste of time and money) really do show that we shouldn't equate education with intelligence.
I don't know if you ever came across this in your research, but I have within recent months read a lot about 'wheat.' I put quotes around wheat because our current wheat is so genetically modified that its DNA hardly resembles wheat. I started researching it not because of weight issues but because I'm severely anemic and found out that wheat, especially whole wheat, prevents your body from absorbing iron. I also noticed that while the consumption of whole grains is at an all time high, so are our obesity problems. There is probably no singular reason for the obesity, but it's interesting how closely the diabetes and obesity epidemics follow the wheat (especially whole wheat which we are told is healthy) consumption.
Interesting side effect of cutting wheat out of my diet is that my allergies have gotten much better and my immune system seems to be working better than the rest of my family.
