You might want to look at this. http://www.glbsoft.com/docs/slicks/SSMAS500.pdf This is an Excel based tool. I can't personnally vouch for it but I've heard pretty good things through my network. I don't think it is super cheap. somewhere in the $5k to $10k range I believe

I'd be very impressed if this works. Normally you can't go more than 16 meters before requiring and active boost (which is basically a 1 port hub or repeater). To do a straight 100 foot is about double the posted max distance so they must be breaking some IEEE specifications for this to work at full speed.

The other side of the coin is they aren't doing what apple did. Push it out the door with tons of issues, battery life problems, 3g issues, lines around the block due to stockouts etc. Same disaster with the Wii and PS3. I'd rather wait an extra month or two and have them readily available and them not needing a major service pack before you open the box. Only time will tell which one of us is right.

I have to agree with wayne. When you normalize teacher pay to the rest of us 40 to 60 hour per week slobs with 2 weeks/year vacation who don't have unions that make my property taxes equal what my mortgage payment is (in NJ), they do quite well. Then many get to retire and collect a healthy pension. My only pension is my 201k (used to be a 401k) . The teachers pensions are being replenished by more debt on my children and soon to be much higher taxes because the funds lost the money in the market like I did, so double whammy. Most public school teachers I know have ridiculous benefits compared to the private sector. Tiny co-pays, everything is covered from viagra, to braces etc. One has cosmetic surgery coverage for Christs sake. I can't even send my 4 kids to the public school here that I contribute over $10k portion of my property taxes because the kids are being taught in trailers due to a lack of space, and the standardized test scores suck. Yet we have a Superintendent, again working 6 months/year, who makes $200k+ to oversee 4 poorly performing schools. You tell them wayne! Now can somebody tell me why this insanity doesn't contribute to our soon to be 2 trillion dollar ANNUAL deficit that is going to make this downturn look wimpy compared to the day other countries stop buying our soon to be worthless debt created by this broken public education system? I say give the parents the cash back and create a free market school system. Now watch how schools, administrators and teachers begin to compete for the dollars which would be based on results instead of tenure.

I'd like to add that a number of the standard reports should support "Top N" options. For example, the Sales Analysis report should have the option for Top 10 customers. This is very common customer request and a bit of a PITA with Crystal. This should also be a standard feature of BIE

At $359/user this thing is a rip. You can get a full blown netbook for $300. That has a full color display and alot more. Apple could bang out a bigger version of the touch for that price or less. This thing does just one thing. I don't get it. Maybe I just don't read enough.
