I dont understand why everyone is so up in arms over the battery, has everyone forgotten that this isn't an iphone and that you can change it? I have no problem throwing an extra battery in my bag (which is almost always with me) and swapping it out when I need too.

No chances of a beta release? I'm sure there are a lot of eager folks waiting to put it use.
