Poweramp uses scrobbling plugins and such settings (like scrobbling only when part of song is played) are in plugin settings.

The version 2.0.5 indeed supports SRS/Beats for new HTC devices/ROMs. "Old" SRS/Dolby for HTC Devices on Android 2.2 is still supported as it was - that hardware HTC SRS support was never removed from Poweramp - it the HTC firmware that was updated, and Poweramp 2.0.5 now supports that new firmware now.

The PowerAMP queue is (almost) the same as it was in PowerAMP v1.4 - you add songs to it, and they are played before any other lists.

PowerAMP will play All Songs if you set Shuffle All mode. To shuffle just the selected list, please use Shuffle List mode.

Import action is one time operation and imported playlist distinguished by "Imported" prefix. You can just rename any playlist with long press menu => Rename.

We do not have any issues reproduced with widgets on SE xperias on stock ROMs, but 3rd party launchers and non-stock ROMs can have all sort of issues. PowerAMP 1.4 (if it works, this is not always the true for some buggy ROMs) is recommended then - you can download it from this site.

Also, you can just install "PowerAMP Classic Skin" from Market to get 1.4 looks.
