Sarah's speaking style is exactly what endears her to many, including me! I was standing behind the cameras with drums beating and megaphones by the lefties. I'm very glad she came through as well as she did, some of the other speakers came through in bits and pieces!

Had you been standing behind the cameras, and not been able to hear most of what the others said, you might know why she had to speak so loudly! We had drummers and megaphones behind us from the lefty protesters. We're very glad she came through, shrill or not!

Now that states and cities are beginning to see the devastation a ban brings and are working to repeal them, WHY would Indiana even be considering this! One would think that the recent election would be proving that We The People will not long stand for the destruction of our Constitutionally protected property rights for the profit of special interest such as pharma's nicotine brands! The only law that should be enacted is one that bans issues from coming up and up time after time that are unconstitutional!

It shouldn't matter if 90% of the citizens who have nothing invested in these privately owned businesses like this ban! If our country was a democracy, 51% of the people could decide they want to kill the other 49%. That is why our nation is a Constitutional Republic, to protect the minority, in this case, smokers! These days laws are enacted by polls. We need to get rid of these lawmakers who keep giving voters anything they want and elect those that abide by the U.S. Constitution. I think all bar owners should file a class action lawsuit against the state for trampling their private property rights! Bans decimate the tavern industry! These are prohibitionist thugs enacting these laws!

It seems the uneducated public and public officials need lessons on public vs private business. The taxpaying public does not own a bar or restaurant. The personal preferences of the public end at the door of a privately owned business and personal responsibility ensues. A vegetarian does not go to eat at a steakhouse if that's all they serve up! Time to tell charities to get back to being charitable instead of trying to force the free market and people into submission for their agendas! The tobacco industry is NOT the evil industry they portray them to be!
Many “non-profits” have major ties to huge entities. First, the non-profits CREATE a crisis that benefits these huge entities. Like the health advocates. Like big pharma. They are not really concerned with health, they are concerned with profits to be made. Then the gov't gets their hands in there for the taxes to be raised. I used a 51 yr old female who smoked for 39 years at 15 cigarettes per day. Results: Over the next 10 years if she does not smoke the risk of developing lung cancer is 2%. If she continues to smoke her risk of developing lung cancer is 3%.
For a smoker? A 3% chance after smoking for 39 years? What a scam by these so-called "charities"!
This is another step toward socialism, getting people to believe that it’s ok, even acceptable, to take away anothers rights for your own agenda. Start at the bottom so when those in power do it, it’s acceptable behavior. Maybe the BP guy was right, the ‘little people’!

They already have that covered, the tax code says you must report bartering as earnings. It's completely unbelievable.
