The only thing I could possibly add is...great music! Music can augment a mood, focus, and even the cadence for work. I know music is a "personal preferenece thing"...but one of the tricks that works in our office is streaming Last.fm through the xbox. Its cool to see the pics Last.fm pulls, and to hear great tunes.

Yes, Mike is now a true Texan--not only because we adopted him in but because he ate (like us) half his body weight in solid Texas beef in less than twenty-four hours. And I agree, I am glad to see a tombstone coming to the term "innovation". The younger gun of "game changing" and all its accompanying strategy has much more influence and appeal to making something happen...

Breathtaking authenticity friend. I have now re-read this three times. I love the transparency, the *real formation things happening in your heart, and the blessing your friendship is to me in this journey. God brought us together for some amazing things that He is doing--and we get to watch. Watching what He is doing through you, and in you, is one of my many blessings these days. I am proud to call you friend, partner, and my brother in Jesus.
