Well I thought it was still a good game, it just wasn't great. Think of it as medium-high.

We have a policy saying that if it's over 15 years old, and awesome, you should have played it by now. And the ending really isn't the best part of the game, the game as a whole is where everything is awesome. YOU MUST PLAY IT!!!
