Now, for a short list of other brilliant leftist science predictions.

1) The earth will be overpopulated by the year 1980 and millions will be dying from starvation, lack of water, etc.

2) Global cooling will make the world turn into ice, by the year 2000.

3) DDT is evil and will cause more damage than good, therefore should be stopped being use. The end result of this one was amazing. First off, no animals, not one, were proven to be harmed by DDT and yet we let an additional 20 to 40 MILLION PEOPLE (but they were just black in Africa so they dont count) die in order to satisfy the shrill alarmists found in the leftist environmental camp.

4) Sea levels were supposed to be substantially higher years ago. No show.

5) More strong hurricanes. NO SHOW.

6) Less snow in the east. NO SHOW.

7) Increased global temperatures for the last 15 years. NO SHOW, NO SHOW, NO SHOW.

It seems none of the major alarmist predictions that the leftists grand scientists have been making have come true.

Ahem, socialism always goes to private citizens, so they say. The issue is that the money is forced from those paying the most taxes and given to somebody else. In the case of regular liberal socialism, it goes to the poor uneducated in order to purchase lots of votes and will sometimes go to rich buddies to line their pockets and keep them donating to the party that hooked and crooked for them.
