Addiction does exist. But some do recover. Choice comes into it every day, every minute. But even addicts who get sobor are still addicts. And they have to keep making good choices. Many also have physical problems secondary to the use of drugs and or alcohol over time; such as heart problems particularly in the rhythm conduction system of the heart; or an enlarged heart. This puts them more at risk over the lifespan, even if they stay clean.

This lady had great talent once. Her life has been a sad study in self destruction. Now it will be ruminated on TV on and on and on to distract from real issues. Much like the death of Michael Jackson.
