Ryan, sounds like we've made similar mistakes. I always felt that my member base on my websites was good enough and never really focused on building a list. I can tell you the past 2 years have totally changed my views on that. It's ALL about the list!

I'm curious, couldn't you apply some of the teachings from the material to your current and upcoming projects?
