Islam, as it is prescribed....--which is too bad, because MOST of the Muslims I know are people I would be proud to call my friend, brother, and sister. But, sweet Jesosephat, let's be clear on what seed this religion grows from. I feel about these people the same way as I feel about the "Christians" who voted in Obama, the sexist, racist, abortionist. PULL YOUR HEADS OUT.

In the meantime, I'll still be nice to you.

Gawwwwd, when will the West wake up from its infantile, dimensionless understanding of freedom. For such a beautiful concept to be reduced to the subtlety and intricacy of a urinal--contemptible stewardship!!

NOT everything is permissible and good and wholesomely diversified. NOT all religions, men, women, and worms are created equal, as that term has been beaten to utter insipidness from the august setting in which our Founding Fathers erected it.

Islam, as it is prescribed in the Quran and eloborated upon in the Hadith, is a political movement of sexism and subservience, not to mention racism. Ok, be sexist, be racist, but DON'T GET my endorsement. And take off the G**Damned halloween costume for your driver's license--that's all I ask.

This may be unscientific, but I think it would be unreasonable to expect the stress hormones cited above NOT to have a deleterious effect on the heart.

Quite a dilemma, generally speaking: We know the problem, now what, if anything, should be done? The Hippocratic oath first and foremost stresses, "Do no harm." But what patient will frequent a doctor whose prescription is to do nothing?

The statistics quoted above seem to affirm the adage, "Much of the time the body heals itself (or at least controls its own diseases); some of the time the doctor heals it; the rest of the time the doctor kills it." (Please don't take this personally, Dr. Wascher! I still go in to see the doctor when I am ill!) Put more prosaically, the detection of a disease does not imply its course of treatment, including non-treatment.

This is a problem not only in medicine, but in all aspects of life, from automobile and aircraft repair to investment in the latest information technology. There is risk involved in fixing and making better. A clear definition of "better" is needed before proceeding to sculpt it with a scalpel.

Agreed. Trying to "find ground" with the racist, sexist, intolerant, hateful left is fruitless and immoral. Allowing evil to succeed by holding its hands in "friendship" contrary to eons of experience is, itself, evil. Leftists are the enemies of freedom, and violators of sanctity. They should be vigorously opposed, politically assasinated, thrown into the streets, pilloried, and deprived of all freedom--especially that of speech--for the rest of their lives.

It's good enough for the cockroaches I find under my fridge--get the pic?

When I was young I had a recurring dream that I was in this land where everyone else was a robot and I was trying to hide my humanity and escape. Truth is stranger than fiction--or at least equally strange!

While I do believe in God, I certainly don't believe that He is benevolent or fair. Moreover, I am NOT a creationist nor do I completely (although mostly do) buy evolution.____I certainly don't like either fundamentalist attitude: either that God made the earth in 7 days, like it or lump it, or else the rabid anti-theism that evolution is often abused to support. ____I also don't like the casual bandying about of the terms "hate-mail," "hate-speech," and any of its several thousand derivatives. May I see the full context of the "burn in hell" quote? I'll judge for myself whether its hate or deserved condemnation. After all, most "dead-beat" dads aren't. They are just beat dead.

This man is a representation of all people who think clearly and feel as he does. We are all being jailed for our sanity. ____Although guns are outlawed in the U.K. except for outlaws (i.e., the government), I find it promising that the religion of pieces and the states that back it are converging upon a nuclear solution for the entire West. I can't think of a culture/society/sheeple more deserving.
